This equipment is used for the COB process in the field of camera modules. The product is taken from the carrier plate (tape removal/tape recycle) and transplanted into the AA or turning Tray.

1.This equipment is equipped with double-track assembly line with three-axis linkage for stripping and transplanting of products;
2.Double-station loading and unloading mechanism is equipped with double-acting linear motor and visual positioning, and the product after stripping is loaded into stacked Tray automatically.
3.Accuracy: ±0.05MM, Yield: ≥99.5%(excluding poor incoming materials), TT≤1.2S；
4.Scan product & carrier & magazine ID code, bond with product photo and upload to MES system.
