1. High precision mold combined with upper and lower composite indenter, flatness ≤0.005MM, Ra≤0.2UM;
2. Dust-free module + dust-free drag chain +SFD200 air filter (filtration accuracy 0.01UM)+ Bernoulli chuck, which can effectively ensure the cleanliness of hot pressing;
3. Analog temperature control module: RT 0~150°C, real-time display and monitoring of hot pressing parameters on the touch panel;
4.TT≤8S(7~14 inch);
5. Production data, process parameters, alarm information, QR code ID, etc. are uploaded to MES in real time.
